Richard Moffitt

Founding Partner, CEO

Richard is Founding Partner and CEO of Woodstock Partners.

Prior to Woodstock, he founded Urban Logistics REIT plc and led the company from inception through to IPO in 2016 (£10.3m market cap) and on to its c.£699m sale to LondonMetric in June 2025. Richard was previously head of the CBRE Industrial & Logistics team and is Chairman of European Logistics Real Estate Partners.

He has deep experience across the Industrial & Logistics sector, including Multi-Let Industrial, Big Box, Urban Logistics and Industrial Open Storage.

Dominic Wagner

Partner, COO/CFO

Dominic is a Partner and COO/CFO at Woodstock Partners.

He joined Woodstock at inception from Urban Logistics REIT plc, where as Head of Strategy & Operations, he led investment operations, compliance, investor reporting and strategic projects, including refinancing and the c.£699m sale of the company to LondonMetric in June 2025. Earlier in his career, Dominic led operations at a consultancy serving private equity and venture-backed businesses and held senior operational roles in FCA-regulated consumer credit.

Dominic is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and holds a law degree, LLB (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University.

Ollie Moffitt

Investment Manager

Ollie is Investment Manager at Woodstock Partners.

He joined Woodstock from ELREP Asset Management, where he worked on a pipeline of big box and multi-let industrial development opportunities across Europe, and on capital raising and underwriting. Earlier in his career, Ollie was at Altus Group, advising on industrial and logistics acquisitions, disposals and lettings across the UK, and at a UK property investment business working across rent reviews, lettings and development project management.

Ollie is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Olivia Salisbury

Senior Asset Manager

Olivia is Senior Asset Manager at Woodstock Partners.

She joined Woodstock from Urban Logistics REIT plc, where over five years she managed a UK portfolio of around 30 industrial and logistics assets valued at c.£200m. Her work spanned acquisitions and disposals, leasing and lease regears, refurbishments, forward-funded development management, and ESG initiatives across the portfolio. Earlier in her career, Olivia was a Chartered Surveyor at BNP Paribas Real Estate, advising institutional lenders on commercial loan security valuation.

Olivia is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a First-Class BSc in Real Estate from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester.

Jack Lewsley

Asset Manager

Jack is an Asset Manager at Woodstock Partners.

He joined Woodstock from Urban Logistics REIT plc following its sale to LondonMetric in June 2025. Jack spent over five years at Bidwells in the Investment & Property Management team, most recently as Senior Surveyor, advising Trinity College Cambridge and other institutional clients on the asset management of industrial and commercial portfolios.

Jack is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Jemima Herbert

Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Jemima is the Executive Assistant / Office Manager at Woodstock Partners.

She joined Woodstock at inception from Urban Logistics REIT plc, where she was PA to Richard Moffitt through to the company's sale to LondonMetric in June 2025. Earlier in her career, Jemima was PA to the CEO of a London-based asset management firm and held roles in property lettings and sales.

Jemima holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester.
